we have to let them use the library card if it is clear to do so.  we ae not allowed to block any card from use unless it pertains to the named card holder.  i would have blocked him from using his son's card. so fast butcouldn't do so.  my reasoning is that if the patron can't take care of hiw own card, then he won't take care of his child's card either.

 

but te library really wants people to use the library.  note i said use not abuse the library
