@this is my nic  I had to look it up.  I guess it stands for Special Operations Executive, a British World War 2 organisation. I had never heard of it either.

you will also like pam jenoff's other books too.  they keep you on the edge ofyour seat.  i have read three others and i could not put them down

I'm reading it right now. I already like it and just picked it up yesterday. It's my favorite era to read about.

I thought this was a good book, well-written and really held my interest.  The women that the book is based upon were truly heroines.
