I saw this book (set of 2) on MBR's show last Friday. For anyone who missed out on it (it is now sold out) Walmart has it for $14.99 for one. At my store, it is located on one of those cubes where all the religious books are located.

Just wanted to pass this along!

Funny, I just happened to look this up on Amazon after watching MBR's show, as I didn't need two...Amazon has it for $9.95. Just fyi!

I've got nothing against praying even more, but is it really necessary?

Worry is vividly and emotionally picturing life as you DON'T want it to happen.

Worry is negative self-indulgence and serves no useful purpose except to increase your stress.

Just STOP.

You don't define worry for me. Not by a long stretch. 'Yes, praying is necessary for some, and a topic some are interested in. Why would you think it wasn't necessary? What IS necessary that we talk about here? Not much!
