Whisky When We're Dry

Has anyone read this?  It's a western told from the view of a 17 year old girl who is desperate to survive.  It's the late 1800's.  Newly orphaned and left alone on a desolate farm, she decides to ride out disguised as a boy to find her missing brother.  That brother turns out to be a leader of an outlaw gang with the state of Texas after them. 

 

Some of this kind of reminds me of True Grit.  I have this on order and am curious how this pans out.
