Loyalty by Lisa Scottoline. I just wasn't interested in Sicily and the Mafia. And I have liked her other books.

I can think of only two. Like others I stick with a book even though it's not my favorite. But I draw the line at horror.
DH used to read Stephen King. Years ago he was reading Pet Sematary. I picked it up one day because I was curious. What a mistake! I read one chapter.
The other one was MEG by Steve Alten. I got a little farther into this one, but it was just stupid IMO.
Years ago I read The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood. I picked it up because the cover looked like a book about Europe in the 1500's or 1600's. Dumb, right? Well, I WAS in a hurry. LOL! I started to read it, and right away realized what was going on. I read the first chapter, and even though I didn't like it, I wanted to see what happened to the characters I met right away. So I stayed with it!

@Sooner, after suffering through Donna Tartt’s The Secret History and being so disappointed, I was not going to waste more time on The Goldfinch. I leave it to others with more patience. That said, I have never gotten through a book by John Irving or Annie Proulx (The Shipping News, mentioned here). Then again, I will read anything by Margaret Atwood or John Grisham. Different strokes for different folks!
@catwoman48 Yep, I can stay with good writing, but drivel and mindless rambling and I'm out. I've read many long "boring" books that were beautifully written, but this, nah.

Two more books I couldn't finish:
"The Exiles" by Jane Harper. I liked her other books, but this one was boring and I easily lost interest. Nothing happening for many pages.
"Becoming" by Michelle Obama. Another boring book. I thought it would have been more interesting. Her life either wasn't exciting or the book was written in such a way that I didn't care about her life. It could have been the style that was a problem as I didn't think it was well written.

ME TOO. I guess I go to 100 pages before I toss it. SO MANY. The last one was APPLES DON"T FALL.

I just gave up on End of Story by A. J Finn. I loved his previous book Woman in the Window, and I gave this one 80 some pages before calling it quits. The story never became interesting to me.

The Stowaway, Darren Wearmouth and James Murray. It had nothing that made me want to read on...past chapter 3.
