Some suggestions for posting here:
~ underline, bold or CAPITALIZE the name of the book you're reading - it makes it easier for us readers to see what it is
~ include the author of the book - there are so many books with the same title (if you are recommending a book we want to make sure we read the right one!)
~ post a few words about the book - would you recommend it or not?
~ tell us the book genre - is it a mystery, romance, historical, biography, etc.
***There is no obligation to do any of the above
------------------------------------------------------
I'm not reading anything right now, in fact I haven't read a book in several months.
Note:
This is the last month I'm going to start the monthly reading thread. Hopefully someone will take over the task to keep the monthly post going. Thanks to everyone who's posted in the reading thread over the years!
Happy reading all! lainey
@lainey1 awwww we're all going to miss you!! Thank you so much for posting this monthly thread, like clockwork, for all these years. I've gotten wonderful book recommendations and have made some wonderful friends.
This entire "Book Club" has been a joint effort since day one. The readers of QVC only wanted our own place to share our love of books. Not to share with television, or movies, or music. Just books! And now that we have it, you won't be here to keep us tethered.
I've been thinking it over, and if nobody else wants to take over the monthly thread, I will do it. It will be a labor of love, for sure.
@lainey1 I wish you the very best, and I hope you will pop back whenever you can to say hi and share your favorite books with us.
Lots of hugs to you XOXOX

Lainey, I can't believe you're stepping down from your position. We've been relying on you for years!
If you must, though. . .I cast my vote for Sunala to take your place. She is the main reason this forum exists.
