Thanks to all of you, I discovered Peter Swanson and love his books.  I'm reading THE GIRL WITH A CLOCK FOR A HEART and love it!  I also have THE KIND WORTH KILLING on my Kindle.  I also enjoy Kate White books.

Finished At The Water's Edge by Sara Gruen.  It wasn't as good as Water For Elephants of course but it was ok.

Going to start The Actress by Amy Sohn next.

Picked up Be Afraid by Mary Burton at the train station and devoured it in a day. Fast paced thrilled - pretty good actually. It was my first book by her. Currently plotting a reading list for vacation next week. Love this thread!

I'm reading a biography about folk legend Pete Seeger. It is completely fascinating!

I just finished reading The Kind Worth Killing by Peter Swanson and I join the others who have recommended it.  It is a fairly quick read that kept me guessing from beginning to end.  If you like a story with plenty of twists and turns, this book is one you will enjoy.

Re: What Are You Reading --- August 2015

I'm finishing  "Working Stiff:  Two Years, 262 Bodies and the Making of a Medical Examineri" by Dr. Judy Melinek and T.J. Mitchell.   It's an interesting book as these kind of books go, but not very well written.  My favorite book of this kind remains one I read in 1995, Dr. William Maples's "Dead Men Do Tell Tales."  Suggestion to Dr Melinek, don't let your husband write your book next time!

I'm going to start "The Husband's Secret." I need something that will get and keep my attention.

I'm reading Agatha Christie's "A Caribbean Mystery". It's a Miss Marple mystery. I'm still at the beginning of the book but so far not sure I'm enjoying it to continue to the end. I'm giving it a couple more chapters. If it doesn't improve, I'm moving on.
