Yesterday I finished Off Season by Anne Rivers Siddons. After the deah of her husband, Lilly takes a trip back to their favorite place in Maine to get some time alone and deal with everything. The book goes back to her childhood and summers in Maine with many great stories about her family and growing up, along with a great tragedy that happened one summer. As she gets older it goes into how she met Cam, her husband, and their life together. I really liked this book but had to read the last few chapters twice to make sure I was understanding the end. Lilly finds out something about Cam that is a total shock.

@smoky22 You'll love her humor! She writes very well, too. I've enjoyed her other books as well.

I just finished A Good Hard Look by ann Napolitano, I liked it very much, Hard to explain what it really was about, but it was very deep!

I just finished Assains's code (Joe Ledger #4) by Jonathan Maberry. I really love this authors books. It's as if you are watching an action packed movie, except you are reading it. It's apparent that this author does a lot of research, and he has a way of making the most nonsensical plot lines, seem possible.
Next up. I get to dive into my bag of library books. I will be reading Becoming by Michelle Obama.

Finished Modern Madness (nf) by Terri Cheney. It wasn't as depressing reading about her bipolar as I thought it would and it was written a lot in layman's terms. I did skip a lot of the medical chapters that were the professional ones if that makes sense.
Onto (FINALLY) The Big Summer. I received a free Kindle copy but got a pb from The Girlfriend Club (FB group).
