It would be so difficult not to have library access during this time. Our library offers contactless pick up.  We can go online, place holds on titles and the library notifies us by text or email when they are ready.  We go to the library and call from the parking lot.  Staff brings out the books, sets them on a table and when they walk away we pick them up already checked out to us.  They have done a very good job with this

@Wobin, my library is starting that (curb-side pickup) tomorrow and I'm scheduled in for Tuesday! Yay!!! 📚

@Wobin,

I believe that will happen in Phase 2 in our town.  I have a list of books on hold and I will have to suspend and stagger the dates so I don't end up having to take a speed reading course to get thru them all.

 

I've been using hoopla these past few weeks, but they do not have most of the books on my list.
