This is a good book.  I read it too.  One of the strong points for me is that Kristin Hannah made me care about the main character.  She was likable and I was rooting for her to live a good life.  Sometimes when I read a book, I like the storyline but don't really love the main characters.  This time I loved the main character.  This is definitely worth a read.

I enjoyed it very much. In many ways, it reminded me of Jeannette Wall's 'The Glass Castle', which remains a beloved favorite.
