My own Dr said no seed oils......Flav City has an app that you can scan food with. I have a segree in nutrition which is old....but I am shocked at the chemicals and garbage in the food. I think Bobby Parrish does an incredible amount of research.. i check out most stuff he says. Nothing wrong yet.
