Great reading, when you just want to retreat and find a happy ending somewhere.  I read Winter Solstice last year this time, among others.

 

Shell Seekers was a great book.

 

Sorry there will be no more.

She was my second favorite writer.  My favorite was Maeve Binchy.  I loved them both so much!  Their books were just wonderful and put me in a totally different place --- I always felt transported.  Shell Seekers --I have this in my book case and have read it a couple times and will read it again!

"September" is another of my favorites.  (Should be read after "The Shell Seekers.")  Just re-read those last year along with "Winter Solstice and "Coming Home."  A wonderful writer.
