My mom started reading Where are the children and passed along her love of Mary to me.

I had the pleasure of meeting her about 10 or 12 years ago when she did a book signing at the Barnes and Noble I was working at. A really sweet and classy lady.

I always enjoyed her books. 

She seemed to have a long, happy life and a lovely family.
