Our Old "What Are You Reading" Threads

I just found -- by accident -- that our old "What Are You Reading" threads are in Community Chat instead of the old TV and Movies Forum. Naturally they don't include the 2015 ones which were lost in the format change. If you want to find them, go to Community Chat and choose "Search Forums & Blogs" then pick the pulldown for "Board."

If someone posted this little tidbit of knowledge previously, I apologize that I missed your post. I sometimes like to go back and see what was said about a book that I didn't get to read at the time.

Well that explains it. I saw a few minutes ago the one for July and almost asked her if she had seen to many Christmas in July programs and could not get the month out of her head, or did she not notice Oct. up at the top. I am bad myself about noticing things for sure!!

We were doing a thread on Shaw this morning and Citrine noticed it was originally about Shawn from 2012. The need to purge.

Sorry, no I didn't see the October thread. I don't watch the Christmas shows either... I'll go back to reading my book...

Oh sweetie I was not being rude. Please accept my apology if you thought I was. I get fed up that the board monitors do not purge or get rid of outdated threads. I have not noticed some that are years old. Please read and write with us. Sorry again if my comment came across discouraging you, not my intent.

You are late to the party-c'mon over. We need fresh ideas! I should correct you, it's not community chat (that I know of) it's Book Club then go to what are you reading? Are we on the same page, no pun intended.

You can page the mods from here but you have to post a link to the thread and page them and ask them to please move it to Book Club. I can't see it or I'd do it myself, Honey Bit.

@LoriLori @Judaline Guess I don't quite understand your two posts, but all of the older "What Are You Reading" threads started by lainey are in the Community Chat Forum -- looks like the ones for 2014 have all of their posts, but the 2013 ones are stubs only -- all the replies were dropped in the format change as they were in Recipe Swap. Other threads from our former version of Book Club (like the Cozy Mystery thread) may be there also -- I didn't have time to check for them. I don't know if anyone else is even interested in re-reading older threads or would care about having them moved here.

I just finished A MAN CALLED OVE which I borrowed from the library. Thanks to all who recommended this. It's a slice of life kind of story. Heartwarming. LM

Yeah, a little-I guess mine was confusing, too, since I think we were talking about 2 different things. Sorry.
