In the upcoming weeks they probably will have them on sale in the upcoming 2 months. But honestly, to me they are very much worth the money. All are great, some just have a brighter screen and you also can read in bed without a light with the Paperwhite and Voyage.
@Sooner @GCR18 If it's an old model, I wonder why it has a touch screen? It was my impression (and I'm obviously wrong) that the Paperwhite was the first Kindle reader with a touch screen. And this model is really inexpensive!
Because the Paperwhite is now several generations old. The first edition of this touchscreen Kindle actually came out after the Paperwhite. Prior to that, the Kindle Keyboard was the default Kindle model. The Kindle Paperwhite (first gen) came out in 2012. The Kindle 7 (7th generation Kindle from your link) came out in 2014.
If you want to buy a Kindle right now, I'd recommend the latest Paperwhite. I have the second gen Paperwhite and the 1st gen Voyage. The latest Paperwhite has the same resolution as the Voyage and costs less. I also seem to get better battery life out of my older Paperwhite than I do my Voyage.
I don't recommend the Kindle Oasis to anyone unless you're wealthy and have money burn. It's beautiful and a great device, but I don't believe it's a good value.

I just remembered that another feature that the Keyboard has is sound. I never used it but you can listen to your books on the Keyboard but not on the others (that I know of anyway).
I can't listen to books because my mind gets easily distracted and then I lose my place. It's just how I'm wired.

If you go down to the bottom of the page there are questions and answers, Amazon tech support says it is a 7th generation from 2015.

I have one even older than that, the one that has the buttons on the side and is not a touch screen. I also have a Paperwhite. Although I do like the lit screen on the Paperwhite for reading in the dark it's much heavier than my old Kindle. Personally, I don't like the touch screen. I much perfer the buttons on the side of my old, inexpensive Kindle and the fact it's so much lighter. I wish now I had bought the Voyage.
I think it all depends on whats most important to you - the light, the weight, the price, etc. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. Good luck with your decision.
