Martin and Lewis books

Just finished "Dean and Me" by Jerry Lewis. Interesting book. Today I am picking up "Everybody loves somebody sometime,especially themselves" by Dean Martin.

I have vivid memories of seeing them on early TV.  Then, Dean alone in his show and a series of movies.  I always liked him as a performer and heard the drinking thing was just an image.

 

How interesting that you would read about them....were you a fan?

 

Didn't Dean have a son that was killed in an plane accident?

Hollysunshine - that sounds interesting.

 

On my birthday and Christmas, my son buys for me an autobiography of an old time actor/actress that I have enjoyed watching their movies. 

 

I would like to read about Martin and Lewis. Sad that their partnership dissolved but I can see how it would happen if you work together.
