@QVCkitty1, I love when I discover an author who has been around a while so I can dive into multiple books!

The first time I read her was on an Amazon recommendation for her first book, "Three Wishes."  It's not as well done as her later work but it's a very good book and I love the characters.

I pre-ordered "Truly Madly Guilty" and cancelled it based on reviews.  I've been checking Book Forum ever since to see what people have to say.

I enjoyed "Truly, Madly, Guilty, but tastes differ, so you might not care for it. Like you I was delighted to see that she had written so many books.

Actually, @QVCkitty1, as I said I discovered her, she was recommended to me, with her very first book, "Three Wishes", which I love.  And I've been with her ever since until the latest one.

While this wasn't the case for me with Liane Moriarty, it's wonderful when you find someone with a body of work.  This happened to me with a lot of authors I've learned about right here, including MC Beaton.  And others I learned about elsewhere, including Kent Haruf, I was with him from the publication of his first book right through the last one.

I don't think I will read "Truly, Madly, Guilty"  because of poor reviews, but I have read and enjoyed all her other books except "Three Wishes", which sits on my coffee table waiting to be read. My problem is that I hate to start it then I will not have another Liane Moriarty to look forward to.  Oh well, maybe she will write another really soon.

I am so glad this weekend I gave Truly another try (third time is the charm)  I knew I need to have time to focus to give it a fair shot and it is a good book.  Not great like other works but I have enjoyed it and will be finished by tomorrow a.m.

Try it from the library when there is nothing else catching your eye.
