@smoochy  The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah is a great book.  I very much enjoyed it.

Yes!!!!   It's one of her better novels if not the best!  I have read probably six different Kristen Hannah books and this one is a great story.  

I just read her "Distant Shores" book and it was just okay in my opinion.  Last year I read "The Women" which was pretty good. One of her better books is "The Great Alone".  I read a few of her other books as well but they were not as good as The Nightingale!

While you are waiting, you may want to consider The Rent Collector by Cameron Wright.

Such a good story!!!

It is my second favorite book of all time after The Extraordinary Life of Sam H*ll by Robert Dugoni.

My daughter bought it, it takes her awhile sometimes to read a book.  She gave it to me and I do forget most of it but if I read it, I must have liked it.  Too bad I can't send it to you as all her book people read it, as well as mine, and it is sitting on the book rack to go to the library sale.📖📚
