Re: If you were transported to the setting of the book . . .

Paris in the forties sounds good. But we can't go back, can we? I think I'd like to live in Mitford.

Montana.  I'm reading Expecting to Die by Lisa Jackson.  I love this series.  The town is Grizzly Falls, but I think it is a fictional town.

I would so love to live in Mitford myself.  Read the series over and over.

I just finished "The Two Family House"  set in Brooklyn, in the 50's & 60's.

@Judaline @beckyb1012 Ever since I read the very first book by Jan Karon in the Mitford series I have said over and over "I want to live in a town just like Mitford"!

@CareBearsCape Light from the Thomas Kinkaide series would be my next choice.  Thank goodness Katherine Spencer is keeping the series going so I will not miss my friends. Heart

@beckyb1012 I am not familiar with the Cape Light series by Thomas Kincade, thanks for highlighting that in your comments, if it is anything like the Mitford series I think I will be in love with the stories!

Currently reading The Ladies Room by Carolyn Brown - set in current day in Tishomingo, OK.  Great book for women who are divorced or recently divorced.  Book moves quickly - gets right into story line - that's what I love about it.  Highly recommend.

Uh oh!  Is it about Blake and Gwen?  LOL!!!
