I've read and enjoyed several of her books. Coincidentally, I just finished "Undone" this morning. I have not read the one you mentioned. 

I am not easily bothered; however, I do remember reading "My Lovely Wife" and have to admit that my sensibilities were offended. I really disliked that book.

If you like good mysteries I recommend PD James (British woman author ) now deceased. Her Adam Dagliesh detective series (about 14 books written from 1960s - 2000s) are beautifully and masterfully crafted.

I have read a few of her books in the past quite a while ago though, but I do remember them as being quite graphic.......
