just wrap the flexible tubing around your neck and you 

have the choice of 3 different light intensities and can pinpoint exactly where you want the light to concentrate on. On/off button, comes with a USB charging cord I plug mine into the portable charging

unit I got from Q. One end goes into the slot on the neck piece other end goes into any kind of power charger you got.

When you first get it start charging it. has indicator light showing when it's fully charged. 'Flashing; light means it's in the process, steady green light means it's

100%. Even has a 30 minute timer if you want to just read for 30 minutes.

think I'll get another for myself and might get my sister one too.
