I'd better start reading more to qualify as a bookie. Last thing I read was A Christmas Carol a week ago to compare it to all the movie versions I'd been watching.

@SWEET-  I remember when we first were given permission to have our book board after lots of begging and pleading the powers-that-be, we were called Bookies. Somehow along the way we lost our name, but we're still bookies. Can't be without our books. I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't read. I'd rather read than watch television, go to movies, play online, or anything else...well except eating. But you can certainly eat and read at the same time which is a win-win situation.

That seems like ages ago Sunala and I didn't know about the "bookies" part.  I just thought of it when I was composing this. LOL.

I guess I met you on here and then I met Darlene and Debbie and Maria (may she r.i.p.) on some other forum which I can't recall right now but I wasn't on there that long.
