Enough as She Is - by Rachel Simmons

Has anyone read Enough As She Is:  How to Help Girls Move Beyond Impossible Standards of Success to Live Healthy, Happy, and Fulfilling Lives, by Rachel Simmons?

 

I heard only part of her interview on Forum this morning on NPR and found her very authentic, level-headed, realistic, and smart.

I just went to Amazon to read about it and it seem like an excellent , thought provoking book. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
