I read A Song of Comfortable Chairs by Alexander McCall Smith, the 23rd in his No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency series. Enjoyable, as always.

Also read Bleeding Heart Yard by Elly Griffiths, the 3rd in her Harbinder Kaur series. It had an interesting mix of characters and kind of an unusual plot (is it possible to forget that you've committed a murder). I prefer her Ruth Galloway series, but these are good too. I like her writing style.

Friends, Lovers, And The Big Terrible Thing, by Matthew Perry. I always knew this man had a very destructive habit but he really as suffered. Most of his health problems would never have occurred if not for the substance abuse still is has been painful. It is a very good book and while reading I can hear Chandler Bing narrating it in my head.

I read the latest Danielle Steel book, THE WHITTIERS. Very heart-warming and enjoyable. I am currently reading the new Louise Penny Three Pines book, A WORLD OF CURIOSITIES. Very good so far and what I really like is that the townspeople feature prominently in the book, as they help to solve the mystery. The book goes back and forth from the present to the past, when Jean-Guy first joined Armande's unit.

I was able to wrap up The boys from Biloxi by John Grisham. It really was a good book.

Several books that I have read recently were "The Hike" by Suzi Holliday and "Leave No Trace" by Mindy Mejia; have also read several of the Tiffany Black mystery series by A.R. Winter; and also several from different Dianne Harmon cozy mysteries.

Finished The Second Marriage by Jess Ryder, it was so good! Loved it!!!!

On to ALL THE WICKED GAMES by Lauren North, one of my new favorite authors!!!!!!
