I am a retired librarian and have read Book Club Entries for about 15 years.  I did not reply, or respond, although, I always enjoyed reading others points of view about books they have read.  There was an overwhelming need to share how great, Where the Crawdads Sings, impacted me.  I also read Eden, but it was just okay.  Where the Crawdads Sings reminds me of another book I loved which was,

Educated.

@z-da!  Thanks for your comment.  After I saw "Where the Crawdads Sing" mentioned here, I ordered a copy in hardcover.  I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to start on it, but I'll try to remember to post back here when I do.  I've not heard of "Educated."

ETA:  "Educated:  A Memoir" by Tara Westover is compared to "Glass Castles" and  "Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine" on Amazon.

I loved Where the Crawdads Sing also. I highly recommend it. I read Educated and liked it,but not as well as Where the Crwdads Sing.
