I just stumbled onto this author when I picked up #24 in her Richard Jury series, “The Knowledge”. Am just about 100 pages in but thoroughly enthralled. Will have to pick up earlier books.

I have read all the Richard Jury series.  I like the earlier books better than "THE KNOWLEDGE."  He surrounds himself with many colorful characters.

I read and re-read all of the Richard Jury novels. Grimes is a good writer. The later books in the series weren't as enjoyable to me . I think she gave up on Richard Jury and wrote other stand alone books.
