ANY BOOKS DEALING WITH THE CIA?

I realize that some aspects of our government security  agencies aren't really talked about ...  nor should they be.

I recently read a chapter in a book about someone who had been in the Army, then became a Police Chief, and then was recruited into the CIA.  Very interesting.

So .......  can anyone recommend any books that deal with the CIA ....  recruits, operatives, etc?

TIA!

Check out " books about CIA" on Amazon, there are plenty.  The writer of "Argo" worked for CIA for many years. His book is very interesting.

@Tinkrbl44   Not books but................

Either The History Channel or The Discovery has a docu series called "Secrets Of The CIA."  From time to time the channel(s) will run a marathon.

The whole docu series is also on On Demand.

Re: ANY BOOKS DEALING WITH THE CIA?

I have two relatives (one male, one female, both deceased) who were in the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) during World War II. I've never learned anything about their specific assignments.

Anyone with OSS relatives who talked about what they did? Please share! So interesting......

@Tinkrbl44 It is fiction, but I liked Need to Know by Karen Cleveland.

I have all of these and they are very good.  The link is for the books in order.

David Baldacci's The Camel Club.
