Hi everyone! Below are some answers to questions that were posted to my most recent blog.

 

Q: How can I contact you directly?

 

A: My Facebook page is the best way to contact me directly, but I read all of the comments on my blog, so you can continue posting here.

 

Q: How do I transfer my software and files from my old computer to a new one?

 

A: There are several options available to easily transfer your information from your old PC to your new one. One is through a transfer cable and software, such as PC Mover. Another is through a backup drive, like HP Simple Save or Clickfree. In order to do this, you would need to save your files from your old computer to the backup drive and then transfer them to your new PC once it’s set up.

 

Q: Why haven't the computer companies come out with a touchscreen notebook computer?

 

A: Actually, they have! HP released a touchscreen notebook PC a few years ago called the TX2. There may still be some available on the market, but we have stopped producing that actual model. Touchscreen technology wasn’t as popular back when we put out the TX2, something that has obviously changed over time. Now, some other companies offer touchscreen notebooks, and you may see HP bringing out some with that technology, but there aren’t any in our current line.
