Many of you have asked on my Facebook page about what I'm serving for Easter Brunch. Although I'm still working on my menu, here is a look at everything I served last year from the main course to the desserts!! I hope it inspires you and helps you with planing your Easter feast this year!!

These simple puff pastries can be made with any of your favorite toppings. They are perfect for appetizers and guests love the variety of sweet and savory combinations. (Below: Cherry tomato tart, Zucchini/feta/pine nuts, Caramelized onion and goat cheese).

One side dish I LOVE with my ham is potatoes au gratin! These are made with Gorgonzola. The salad to the right is a pesto with grilled chicken.

The desserts are always a guest favorite! I like to provide a variety ... something home-made and some not, along with baked goods and fresh fruits.
