We #loveQVC Giveaway

No purchase necessary.  To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories.  Employees of QVC, Inc. (“QVC”), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, marketing partners and members of their families are not eligible to participate.  Entry constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, quote or video footage in any medium, including but not limited to QVC TV and qvc.com, for publicity purposes without further compensation or permission.  By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules.

During the month of April, QVC will conduct multiple giveaways.  Each giveaway is a separate promotion with separate pools of entries.  The dates and times of the giveaways are as follows:

4/1/21 at 7pm EST to 4/2/21 at 7pm EST

4/3/21 at 7pm EST to 4/4/21 at 7pm EST

4/6/21 at 7pm EST to 4/7/21 at 7pm EST

4/8/21 at 7pm EST to 4/9/21 at 7pm EST

4/13/21 at 7pm EST to 4/14/21 at 7pm EST

4/15/21 at 7pm EST to 4/16/21 at 7pm EST

4/20/21 at 7pm EST to 4/21/21 at 7pm EST

4/22/21 at 7pm EST to 4/23/21 at 7pm EST

4/27/21 at 7pm EST to 4/28/21 at 7pm EST

4/29/21 at 7pm EST to 4/30/21 at 7pm EST

To enter, join @QVC’s new Facebook group, We #loveQVC, then like QVC’s giveaway post in the group and post a response to the PROMPT of the day with a response and #loveqvcgiveaway. Each daily giveaway will have one of the following PROMPT’S:

• Tell us your favorite QVC memory.
• Tell us your favorite brand at QVC.
• Tell us how long you have been a QVC fan.
• Tell us one item on your QVC wish list.
• Share a photo of your favorite recipe.
• Tell us your favorite way to practice self-care.
• Tell us your favorite springtime activity
• Tell us your favorite category to shop (fashion, beauty, home, electronics, etc.)
• Share a photo of your spring style staples in your wardrobe.
• Share a photo of your favorite way to decorate for spring.

An entrant who responds to a PROMPT requiring a photo warrants that they a) are the sole owner of the photo 2) has the full right, power and authority to provide the photo to QVC and c) certify that the use of the photo will not infringe upon or violate any rights of any other person or entity.  The photo cannot show: any 3^rd party brands or logos and no other people except for the person submitting the entry.

On or about 48 hours after the conclusion of each giveaway, a random drawing from all eligible entries with be conducted to determine the winner.  The winner will have 48 hours to respond and acknowledge the prize.  Should a winner fail to acknowledge the prize within the required timeframe or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may or may not be selected.

For each giveaway a $1000 QVC eGift Card will be awarded to the declared winner.  The retail value of each eGift Card is approximately $1000.

Except where prohibited by law, all entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owner, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, representatives, affiliates agents, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with the participation in the sweepstakes promotion, including but not limited to any unforeseen accident or injury resulting from the use of the prize awarded. Should it be determined that the promotion was compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the giveaway.  Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Rules, the prize or the determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes (if any), but in no event shall any party be entitled to attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and (4) entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.  If you live in a jurisdiction that does not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, then the above limitations may not apply to you.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard for its conflicts of law principles, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of Philadelphia, County of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in each drawing.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.  Prizes are not transferable or redeemable in cash. Decisions of QVC are final and binding in all respects.
