Vegan Buffalo Tempeh

We are so busy lately getting the house packed up, quick snacks like this one are great for taking a break to enjoy, (prep + cooking time is so quick) or for the Big Game Day coming up!    And as you know, I'm not the chef in the family, Dan is....so I like that this is easy + healthy for me to serve up to the Fam!

In case you aren't sure what Tempeh is, it's something you can find it near the Tofu section in the grocery store.  It's a soy patty with a meaty texture.  It does crisp up really nicely and marries well with buffalo sauce! YUMMMM Smiley Happy
