Hello, foodies...
Today we have our friend Roberta Pipito from Homemade Delish! Roberta comes from a long line of family cooks in Brazil and descendants of Italy. Her blog displays her recipes, her love for wine, beer, and photography! She's going to share two recipes with us today; Ricotta, Anchovies, Dates, and Honey Pizza as well as Parmesan Cheese, Asparagus, Bacon and Fried Egg Pizza!
It’s grilling season; so why not try something different. Pizza!!! YES, you heard me, pizza. A lot of people are scared to try this on the grill, but it’s actually pretty easy and fast. It’s super crispy and keeps you wanting more. It’s a must try for the summer.
Ricotta, Anchovies, Dates and Honey Pizza
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Preheat grill on medium heat or on a charcoal grill when charcoal turns gray, you know it’s at a good temperature. Roll, stretch and shape the dough into the size you desire. Brush the top with oil, salt and pepper and place on the grill, with oil side down. Cook for about 1 Minute, until golden brown, then flip and cook for another minute. (Tip: you will notice it will start to bubble up pretty fast). Put aside.
Place the toppings on Pizza and return to the grill on a baking/sheet pan, cover the grill and cook for 4 minutes or until the cheese has bubbled or melted. Remove from the grill slice up and serve.

Happy Fourth of July Everyone.
Keep it flavorful!
