I am sorry that I have not been responding as quickly as I would have liked to some of your comments and questions.  Personally, last year was a difficult time for me because my Dad was quite ill.  I therefore spent quite a bit of time going back and forth to visit.  Unfortunately, he passed away this January 7^th.  If it wasn't for his teaching and encouragement I wouldn't be designing jewelry nor would I have studied art.  He taught me to follow my passion.  Here is a picture of him (Marcel Dinouart) and me that was taken before he got ill.

Now on to the issue of my tattoo.  I was amazed at the number of comments and questions on the jewelry thread about the accidental peek of my tattoo. OK, here goes.  It is a hummingbird hovering over a flower.  It was an homage to my love of my garden.  Haven't we all had wild moments?  I had it done over 25 years ago!!!

Regarding the sizing of bangles, I will definitely discuss (with the powers that be) stating the inner diameter while on air and see if we can get it stated on the web page, as well.  I am distressed to hear that sometimes size is an issue.  I think we have corrected the issue of sizing with wide band rings.  The basic rule of thumb is to go up a size if the back of the band is wide.

Stones!!!  Many of you are requesting more labradorite and moonstone.  I have new designs which will be on my April show.  I just returned from the Tucson Gem Show and oh my goodness!!!!  I have never seen so much beauty in one place.  I am happy to tell you that I found new stones (new for me anyways) that I am incorporating into new designs.  My husband asked me if I design the pieces first or design for the specific stone.  Actually both.  When I see a gorgeous stone, I find I am driven to work with it.
