QVC's Jingle in July Game Show Giveaway Full Rules

No purchase necessary.  To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories. Employees of QVC, Inc. (“QVC”), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, marketing partners and members of their families are not eligible to participate.  Entry constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, quote or video footage in any medium for publicity purposes without further compensation or permission.  By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules.

During the month of July, QVC will promote eight (8) Jingle In July game shows, as follows:

• Sweepstakes #1- 7/1 at 8pm ET, ends 7/2 at 8pm ET
• Sweepstakes #2- 7/2 at 8pm ET, ends 7/3 at 8pm ET
• Sweepstakes #3- 7/8 at 8pm ET, ends 7/9 at 8pm ET
• Sweepstakes #4- 7/9 at 8pm ET, ends 7/10 at 8pm ET
• Sweepstakes #5- 7/14 at 8pm ET, ends 7/15 at 8pm ET
• Sweepstakes #6- 7/16 at 8pm ET, ends 7/17 at 8pm ET
• Sweepstakes #7- 7/24 at 8pm ET, ends 7/25 at 8pm ET
• Sweepstakes #8- 7/25 at 8pm ET, ends 7/26 at 8pm ET

One $100 QVC egift card will be awarded in each of the 8 game shows.  Each sweepstakes is a separate promotion with different pools of entries.

To enter, go to QVC’s Facebook page to view the Jingle In July video and post the THEME of the video (as directed by the Host) and #JingleInJulyGiveaway. Entries will be accepted until 24 hours of the beginning of each promotion.  One entry per household per sweepstakes.

At the end of each promotion, a random drawing from all eligible entries will conducted to determine the winner of a $100 QVC egift card. The winner will be notified within 24 hours.  The winner must acknowledge the prize within 48 hours of notification.

Should a winner fail to acknowledge and accept the prize within the required time period or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may or may not be selected.  The total value of each gift card is approximately $100.

Except where prohibited by law, all entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owner, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, representatives, affiliates agents, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with the participation in the sweepstakes promotion, including but not limited to any unforeseen accident or injury resulting from the use of the prize awarded. Should it be determined that the promotion was compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the giveaway.  Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Rules, the prize or the determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes (if any), but in no event shall any party be entitled to attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and (4) entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.  If you live in a jurisdiction that does not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, then the above limitations may not apply to you.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard for its conflicts of law principles, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of Philadelphia, County of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.  Prizes are not transferable or redeemable in cash. Decisions of QVC are final and binding in all respects. Facebook does not endorse or sponsor this sweepstakes promotion.

 All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.  Void where prohibited.
