No purchase necessary. To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. Employees of QVC, Inc. (“QVC”) its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, marketing partners and members of their families are not eligible to participate. Entry constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, quote or video footage in any medium for publicity purposes without further compensation or permission. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules.
To enter, follow @QVC on Instagram, then scroll through QVC’s Instagram feed posts from the previous month (8/25/2020-9/25/2020) to find five posts that have hidden gift boxes within the image, “like” the post, comment #GiftGuideGiveaway and reveal what you are looking forward to this holiday season in the comments of the gift box post. There will be five posts and up to five chances of winning. Entries will be accepted beginning 9/25/2020 10am EST to 10am EST on 9/26/2020. Each gift box post is one entry into the sweepstakes. Entrants can enter multiple times on each gift box post, but can only win one prize per person.
On or about 9/28/2020, a random drawing of all eligible entries will be conducted to determine five winners. Each winner will be awarded a $100 QVC eGift Card. The total value of the prizes to be awarded is approximately $500.00.
All entrants’ Instagram accounts must be public and follow QVC in order to win as winners will be notified through Instagram direct message, Should a winner fail to acknowledge the prize within 48 hours of notification, after 3 reasonable attempts by QVC or is otherwise ineligible, alternate winners may or may not be selected. No changes or substitutions are permitted. Prizes are not transferable in cash.
Except where prohibited by law, all entrants release and hold harmless QVC, its owner, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, representatives, affiliates agents, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with the participation in the sweepstakes promotion, including but not limited to any unforeseen accident or injury resulting from the use of the prize awarded. Should it be determined that the promotion was compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Rules, the prize or the determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes (if any), but in no event shall any party be entitled to attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and (4) entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. If you live in a jurisdictions that does not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, then the above limitations may not apply to you. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard for its conflicts of law principles, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of Philadelphia, County of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In the event that any provision of the official rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision (s) were not contained herein.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. INSTAGRAM does not endorse or sponsor this sweepstakes promotion. The decisions of QVC are final and binding in all respects. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
