My mother used to tell me, "It's better to buy high quality even at a higher price, because you get your money's worth and it lasts longer." She was right, but what's so great about shopping at QVC is that you can get high quality and still get a lower price! That's true for our Liz Claiborne New York fashion TSV! I always listened to my mother...not! But she was right most of the time. 

I fell in love with our Liz Claiborne New York Watercolor Floral Pleated Tunic (A220900) Today’s Special Value the moment I saw it. The colors and print caught my eye, and it's a little different silhouette than we normally see. It's just plain cool, comfortable and cute! The LCNY blouse has a relaxed fit to it, the bottom hem is flattering, and the cotton will be breathable for the summer. However, what really impressed me was the extra workmanship in the details done to the top of the blouse. The neckline looks great, the buttons are upscale, and the pleating in the front gives coverage as well as more style to the top! 

The cherry on top is the elastic at the end of the 3/4 length sleeve, so that I can put that sleeve wherever I want it, just the way I like it!
