Pina Colada Sugar Scrub

It’s summer; and yes of course I like Pina coladas…

 

You know I love to take care of my skin & in the summer it is very important to scrub away the dead skin to reveal the new glorious skin underneath. I decided I wanted to make a fun summer scented scrub & share it with you!

 

Pina Colada Sugar Scrub
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of coconut oil
Zest of 1 lemon (for color)
10-12 drops of Pineapple essential oil
1 16 0oz mason jar or plastic container

Mix the coconut oil & sugar in your mixer—blend till fluffy. Add essential oil & lemon zest, stir by hand & transfer into your container.

You can decorate the jar & give it as a gift, or simply enjoy this pampering treatment yourself!! Use on wet skin, and the scrub will remain fresh for about one month.

With summer being half over, let the wonderful smell of this scrub transport you to a tropical island! Or maybe just to your backyard for a tropical drink!
