November with the Davies Family!

Good afternoon, my LCNY FASHIONISTAS. It is November already.

 

The good news about November is that my birthday was on November 6th and I got to see all my kids and family. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving and I am just so fascinated with the color of the leaves and the cooler days versus the warmer days. I am a FALL person.

The unfortunate part about November is that our one-hour Wednesday LCNY show is on hiatus until January. I truly miss spending Wednesday mornings with you. So, how about a Davies update?! 

 

Kevin is riding the football crazy excitement at Temple. They are 8-1 and just doing great.  He is a proud Temple Owl and soon to be heading into finals of his sophomore year. I still miss him everyday but he and I have found the new normal.

 

Larry is living in West Chester and working for the same company. He is enjoying the fall and seems to have taken a liking to the great outdoors hiking and fishing. I love that.

Meghan and Matt are still in the Virginia area and came home for my birthday and will be back for Thanksgiving. See why I love November? 

 

Sarah and Bryan are doing fabulous and recently renovated their kitchen and will now host Christmas Eve. Oh, how times are changing.......right?

 

On November 1st Team Davies participated in 'Free to Breathe' for lung cancer. It was our 7th consecutive year. The first year in 2009, Larry was able to be there and he walked the 5k. Since my kids are all over the place we tie my birthday in with the race the evening before. It is always a wonderful weekend and I am truly humbled by the people that turn out year after year in memory of Larry and to support our Gang. For me that is the best birthday gift a girl could ever ask for. Family and friends together!  I am blessed.

Just because LCNY is not on Wednesday mornings during the holiday season does not mean you can not shop for our new fashions.
