Many of you ask about the bracelets I wear every day on my right arm, so I thought I’d share the details here in my blog.

The Alex and Ani bracelets became a really popular collectible a few years ago.  QVC has offered limited styles in the past, but we do not currently carry them. We do, however, offer Extraordinary Life bracelets and My Saint My Hero collection on QVC.com. 

It may sound a little strange, but I have a ritual in the way I put on the bracelets as part of my morning meditation. Most were gifts from family and friends. Three special bracelets always go on first so they’re closest to my heart.

I start with the ladybug, which is the symbol for my daughter, Chelsea, and then the butterfly for Lauren. The amber-colored stone was a gift from my nieces. Since they didn’t care for the color of my birthstone, they decide to choose one that reminded them more of me and I love it.  My daughters gave the Guardian of Peace for protection, and the mariner’s star for guidance. 

The Extraordinary Life heart is for the giving and receiving of love, and the pineapple and the crown were gifts from our models, Jacqui, Angela, Deanna, and Ann. The pineapple represents a welcoming heart, while the crown symbolizes honor and always respecting yourself and others. 

As I place each bracelet on my arm every morning, I think about these special people in my life and how truly blessed I am.
