Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

I needed something quick and satisfying for dinner tonight. I am doing an early bird special so I can take a quick nap before joining you tonight at midnight.  Enjoy the recipe and I'll see you tonight for 1 hr of Women With Control.

Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

 

8 skinless boneless chicken thighs

3 TB Dijon mustard

2 TB Honey

1/2 tsp dried thyme ( fresh would be better but I didn't have any)

1/2 tsp salt

 

Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Mix mustard, honey, thyme & salt in a bowl. Add chicken, toss to coat.  Place the chicken thighs on the baking pan.  Bake for 45 minutes until cooked throughput and brown on top.  Serve with potatoes or rice.
