Fall is my most favorite time of the year! I love all of the colors on the trees and the crispness in the air. When I see a colorful tree, I feel like I did when my folks brought home our very first color television. I do remember the old black and white TV. 

Here are my top ten reasons why I love fall:

1 - The beautiful colors in nature!

2 - The crisp, cool air!  

3 - Apple Cider Doughnuts! Who doesn’t love apple cider doughnuts?

4 - Football! Of course, football! And I especially love when the Minnesota Vikings and the Philadelphia Eagles go head to head. Mark and I root for the Vikings, but our kids grew up here, so they are all about the Eagles. It is so much fun!

 

5 - The routine of back to school …. a little “normalcy”!

6 - Boots, boots, boots! I love wearing boots!

7 - I love wearing sweaters

8 - Ryan and Eric both have birthdays in the fall.

 9 - Thanksgiving with family … traditions, the food, the football, etc.!

10 - Chili in the crockpot! The aroma wafting through the entire house and oh, the taste! Yummy!!
