Want a Sith Lord for your dashboard? Want some Force for your Ford?

Those who own a TomTom GPS navigation unit can now download official Star Wars voices to their device.

TomTom GPS

Sith Lord Darth Vader was the first of four downloads available this summer, followed by C-3PO, Yoda and Han Solo. Available for $12.95 apiece, each of these voice packs add familiar character voices to your turn-by-turn directions.

Darth Vader, for example, might say "Bear left, to the dark side. Then in 200 yards you have reached your destination. The Force is with you, but you are not a Jedi yet."

Sound effects from the films are also incorporated, such as lightsaber hums and soaring TIE fighters. John Williams' orchestral music, including the iconic Imperial March, is also peppered throughout the navigation instructions.

All Star Wars voices are available at TomTom.com, in English only, but with further languages available throughout the summer.

To install these downloads to your TomTom, simply connect the GPS nav unit to your computer via a USB cable, drag and drop the voice pack into the Voices folder on the device, and then select the Star Wars voice from the list in the GPS's Settings menu.

TomTom has other celebrity voices to download, if desired, including Homer Simpson and John Cleese.
