COOL BRITIANIA!!! I spent time last week in LONDON for our bi-annual trend spotting trip and WOW…what a great experience! It’s a fantastic place to get a sneak peek at colors, silhouettes and influences that are going to be a big deal in fashion over the next year or so. 

 

A zillion pictures later, we returned home loaded with fantastic ideas and inspiration for 2018 fashion and jewelry.

Meet our VP of design Janie Amoia. She not only shops for trends, she starts them!!! We spent four days walking, shopping, and hitting the flea markets.

 

Janie has over 20 years experience working all over the world for major fashion brands and has an eye for spotting the latest and the greatest! Joan adored her and so do I!

 

Here are some of our big takeaways that will definitely impact our QVC fashion world in 2018:

Each London trip we make sure to enjoy an evening of theater (Joan INSISTED we always see the latest West End hit!) and then dinner at Joan’s favorite London restaurant The Wolseley. It is located directly across the street from The Ritz Hotel, her London home. We always take a few minutes and toast Joan, the woman who continues to fill us with joy and inspire us every single day!

 

I hope you can join me this holiday season on QVC…especially for something incredibly special on Christmas Eve…(wink wink!)
