No purchase necessary. To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories. Employees of QVC, Inc. (“QVC”), Mally Beauty, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, marketing partners and members of their families are not eligible to participate. Entry constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, quote or video footage in any medium for publicity purposes without further compensation or permission. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules.
The Create Your Joy Giveaway- QVC and Mally Beauty begins on January 8, 2021 at 7pm ET and ends on January 10, 2021 at 11:59pm EST.
To enter, follow @QVC and @MallyBeauty on Instagram, then like QVC’s giveaway post and leave a comment sharing what gives you joy with #createyourjoygiveaway. Entrants can enter multiple times.
Two prizes of a Mally RuPalette 2.0 Eye Shadow Palette With Brush (A390592). The approximate value of each palette is $48.50. The retail value of the prizes to be awarded is approximately $97.00.
On or about January 11, 2021, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to determine the winner. The winner will be contacted through Instagram with information on how to obtain the prize. The winner must acknowledge the prize within 48 hours of notification. Should a winner fail to acknowledge and accept the prize within the required time period or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may or may not be selected.
Except where prohibited by law, all entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owner, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, representatives, affiliates agents, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with the participation in the sweepstakes promotion, including but not limited to any unforeseen accident or injury resulting from the use of the prize awarded. Should it be determined that the promotion was compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Rules, the prize or the determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes (if any), but in no event shall any party be entitled to attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and (4) entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. If you live in a jurisdiction that does not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, then the above limitations may not apply to you. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard for its conflicts of law principles, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of Philadelphia, County of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable in cash. Decisions of QVC are final and binding in all respects. Instagram does not endorse or sponsor this sweepstakes promotion in any manner.
