why do some care about some brands being made in China but not others?

Every time IT cosmetics is on, there are all kinds of questions about where her products are made but not one person has asked about the BM products in the TSV and QVC does not list the country of origin.

Is it just widely known where BM products come from (I personally do not know) and not IT? Or do people only care to know from certain brands but not others. You know, like ignorance is bliss? Wink

Just curious!
