I have tried many formulas of wen conditioners. I also have replenishing ,volumizing, styling creme, balm, finishing creme, and re-moist,and oil. I even looked at the dvd and have the comb. Here is my question. I have tried everything chaz has said and my hair is shiny and soft but it is limp and I cannot get it to look nice. I am trying very hard to like these products. Can you please give me some ideas.
