Are you referring to the March 2014 TVS or the final A-D order of the Fall 2013 TVS?

From the Wen TSVs going back to December 2009 thread:

----

March 2014 - 32 oz. CC, 16 oz. 613 CC, 5 oz. 613 SC, 2 oz. RTM - $60

Dec 2013 - 5 Seasonal CCs (16 oz. each) - $80

Sept 2013 (not a TSV) - Annual 32 oz. Seasonal CCs A-D Plan (avail. thru Nov.) - $50

Sept 2013 - 613 gallons (sold out in 2 days) - $199 (2nd shipment free S&H)

Sept 2013 - 32 oz. CC, 16 oz. Seasonal CC, 2 oz. oil, 2 oz. Seasonal RTM - $60

----

Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't know. I would call customer service and ask them.

If the TSV was available when you ordered it, then it should have been shipped right out to you. I ordered the Wen TSV and have just received it.

It makes no sense that a confirmed order would later have been put on backorder status.

I agree with ChynnaBlue. You should call QVC customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor about this. Since it's their error, maybe they could just have someone put a TSV together for you of the individual ingredients.

If they can't/won't do this and you're not on the TSV A-D plan, then ask if your order can be switched over to the Wen TSV A-D plan (since it is QVC's fault). Then you could get your TSV shipment 90 days from now.

Best of luck!!
