Hello all. If you're ordering WEN, please make sure you order from qvc and not chaz dean's site. I made the mistake of ordering from his site, and they kept automatically billing me for more product. I returned it and asked for a refund. The customer service rep said I had to wait 6 weeks, which I did. Then I called again and they said they had no record of my order. I called back again and they said if I had not put tracking on my order, they would not give me a refund. Thankfully I had tracked the return, but they said they didn't have it and to call back. So, I called back a week later. If took two more weeks to get my refund. After all of this, I will never order wen again. Should've ordered from qvc to begin with-they are wonderful.
