I stopped in my local store, and when chatting with the SA I said something how there were a lot of people that were disappointed on how they handled the FF this year, she went in the back and got a card and gave it to me! I came home to use it because I wanted a Guerlain product and they don't carry that line in our store here.

Oh, and the new Hello Kitty eyeshadow, liner and compact kit is soooo cute! It's a great gift for anyone that has a Hello Kitty fan in their life.
