vitamins to boost thyroid?

Do anyone know which vitamins supports or boosts thyroid function? I have symptoms of a low thyroid (hair loss, brittle nails, fatigue), but can't get it checked at the time since I am currently without health insurance. I was hoping maybe someone on here might know of something over the counter I could try for now.
